I have a copy of FTGU but I would like the PDF version so I can print off a copy to make notes on. My computer is too slow to download torrents, I was wondering if anyone had access to this that I could use.
Thanks

That's probably illegal.
Not condemning you, or wanting to argue about "format shifting" and stupid copyright laws. Just saying that you probably shouldn't be asking for it publicly.

I can't find it on the torrents anywhere. Also, if your computer is fast enough to surf the internet it is fast enough to torrent. Why don't you just make notes in the book? or buy a 2nd (used) copy? Or photocopy the pages you want to note? Or use a notebook?

The cost to print it even on your own printer could be more than to just buy the book too. Mihai Rank 2Post by Mihai » Fri Jul 02, 2010 6:19 pm
I call bull. If you have the book, just write on it, it's not like you will sell it at the end of your training. It's your bible.

It would be beneficial to have a epub or pdf copy that I could read on my tablet when I am stuck in the subway due to yet another track level emergency.

You could try contacting the publisher directly to suggest they release an eBook version of this. If they get enough people interested, they might do it. There's no legal PDF or ePub version of this available at this time AFAIK

Get the FAA equivalent in pdf for free.

Was looking for the same and stumbled on this thread. That's a really handy webpage - lots of publications that review and explain the basics. I'm looking at the "PHAK" - the Pilot's Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge (2023) and it really is the US version of FTGU. Free, online and up to date. Just added the PDF to my tablet so I can read up anywhere - FTGU is great but a bit much to carry everywhere. Tks.
